Last week was an insane week; filled with school events, baseball practices, baseball games, etc. As a result, I missed posting my reading last Monday. Here's what I've read for the past two weeks.
They were all amazing. Some terrific graphic novels: Hidden, Babymouse, Gaijin (about the Japanese internment camps), and - of course - the third Zita. The three picture books were fabulous as well, and another informational text on mythology is a wish list book for all of the kids in my classroom.
As for what I'm reading this week, I'm still only halfway through this, but absolutely loving it.
