Winter has
been longer than usual this year. The never ending snow and bitter cold
surrounds us as we march forward towards spring. I do love the beauty of a
winter day, but I’m longing for warmer temps, safer roads, and the shoots of
green peaking through the grass.
Monday we
had the day off from school. I spent is relaxing with family, baking a bit,
watching movies I love, weather updates I abhor. I spent it with a dog at my
feet, warm cocoa in my hands, and a light heart. Hope you enjoy the peek into
our day, and fingers crossed that warm temps are just ahead.
